These group experiences weave together sound, breath, presence and expression — shared spaces to listen deeply, give voice to what lives within, and reconnect with ourselves, each other and the world around us.
Sound Play
Sound Play is a bespoke small group experience, held surrounded by nature. It is an opportunity to explore your voice without words and express what needs to be heard, while listening deeply to the earth, the trees, the wind, the birds, and all that surrounds you.
Through toning and organic sounding, you are invited to tap into your primordial voice, play with sound healing instruments such as medicine drum, crystal bowls, rattles and chimes, and connect with the group for collective joy, fun, healing and expression — while also offering your sounds back to the earth as a sacred prayer.
Groups are kept intimate and therapeutic, with a minimum of two and a maximum of six people, so the space remains simple and nourishing. Enquire to book. A mobile option is available if you have a private spot in nature.
Sound & Breath Journeys
Sound & Breath Journeys invite you into a calm, supportive group experience where restorative breath and live sound move together. Here we make space to unwind, listen inwardly and receive — each person in their own unfolding, within a shared field of presence and care.
Guided breath softens the body and opens the inner landscape, as layers of sound weave softly around you — voice, medicine drum, singing bowls and other sacred instruments, offering support for the breath. You may slip into deep rest, feel something softly shift or release, or simply return to a stiller, more centred place inside.
These experiences offer calm for the nervous system, room to simply be, and the quiet gift of community. We close with time to land softly, letting what has come forward settle and integrate — so you leave feeling more at ease in yourself. Enquire to book.
