Hi, I'm Amanda. At Organic Sound Journeys, I offer a unique blend of holistic counselling, therapeutic sound, and shamanic-inspired practice—woven together to support emotional healing, deep rest, creative awakening, and soulful integration.

Holistic Counselling

This is the foundation of our work together.

Rooted in trauma-informed practice, holistic counselling offers a warm, grounded space to explore what’s present—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. It’s a place to speak freely, reflect deeply, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

We move at your pace, gently untangling patterns and inviting insight through breath, somatic awareness, and compassionate inquiry.

Therapeutic Sound

Sound is offered as a vibrational medicine, it speaks to the body in ways words cannot and encourages a process of deep listening and mindful presence while allowing you to rest deeply and let go.

Using voice , medicine drum, rattle, singing bowls, flute, and other purposefully selected instruments, I create immersive soundscapes that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and creative flow.

You may receive sound passively, or engage with it actively through breath, movement, or your own voice when and if it feels right.

Shamanic-Inspired Practice

These practices draw on nature-based awareness, guided journeying, and intuitive ceremony to support life transitions, grief, loss and growth.

They help clear energetic residue, reconnect with ancestral and inner guidance, and mark thresholds in your life with intention and care.

Always offered with sensitivity and respect, these practices are adapted to your comfort and cultural context.
